Disposal of the FCS of Russia from November 21, 2013 № 362- p to determine the list of the first Russian transport companies participating in the experiment , which allows to apply the procedure of customs transit without measures to ensure established by paragraph 1 of Article 217 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union and considering the use of Part 4 of Article 317 Federal Law "On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation ."

At this point in the List of 16 transport companies authorized to participate in the experiment , of which 11 companies registered in the Central Federal District.

And yesterday at the checkpoint "New Yurkovichi " Bryansk Customs has been issued within the first machine of this experiment .

As of November 21, CTS filed 66 applications from carriers. List presented at the disposal of the FCS of Russia from November 21, 2013 № 362- p, is not final and will be replenished as quickly review all applications received.

Implementation of the experiment reduces the queue and increase the capacity of checkpoints . All the checkpoints on the Russian- Ukrainian border segment operating normally . In just a day Belgorod, Bryansk , Voronezh and Kursk customs was formalized in 1848 cars , which exceeds the average daily performance design before the introduction of the experiment.
